Baroque birdsong as the end of the year approaches - with Nuria Rial, Maurice Steger and the Basel Chamber Orchestra.
Unfortunately, Miloš Karadaglić has had to withdraw from the concert on 30 December 2025 for health reasons. We wish him a speedy and full recovery!
We are delighted that soprano Nuria Rial and recorder player Maurice Steger, together with the Basel Chamber Orchestra, will be performing the exciting programme «Baroque Birds» with concertos and baroque arias in Italian style. The programme combines instrumental and vocal highlights of the Baroque period, including works by Bach, Handel, Vivaldi, Scarlatti and other Italian masters, inspired by the cheerful chirping of birds.
